Dr. Brenda Whaley is a professor of Biology and an administrative SACSCOC Officer. Dr. Whaley was named 桃太郎映像Faculty Woman of the Year in 2000, received the Opal Goolsby Excellence in Teaching Award in 2001, and was named the 桃太郎映像Minnie Stevens Piper Professor Nominee in 2003 and 2004. She is a leader and a servant within the College of Science and Mathematics, and in the University as a whole.
